SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 25, 2026. These terms govern the text messaging program operated by IceBreakerX, LLC (“IceBreakers”, “we”, “us”) in connection with the IceBreakerX mobile app and the website icebreakersx.com.

1. Program description

With your consent, we send SMS messages related to the IceBreakerX app, including alpha-testing instructions, reminders, feedback survey links, and one-time verification codes when you sign in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Opting in

You opt in by providing your phone number to the IceBreakers team when accepting an invitation to the testing program, or by entering your phone number in the app to receive a verification code.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Testers typically receive 2–4 messages during a testing program, plus a verification code each time they sign in with their phone number.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages we send.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe by SMS and stop sending messages to your number. Note that opting out of texts may prevent phone-number sign-in, which relies on texted verification codes.

7. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Services.
